I had an amazing experience at this unique hotel immersed in nature. The tree house was an unforgettable stay and the staff were accommodating and kind. However, the cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations, and the dining options could use improvement, especially for the price. The overall atmosphere was pleasant for relaxation despite some hiccups.

My stay at the tree house was a mixed bag. While I loved the idea of immersing myself in nature and the unique experience it offered, the cleanliness and dining options really let it down. The friendly service helped salvage some of the stay, but overall, it didn't meet the expectations based on the price and advertising.

We had a wonderful time at Saraii Village during our four-day yoga package. The yoga sessions were personalized and the food was fresh and varied. However, the accommodations were very basic and could use an upgrade, especially concerning cleanliness. The transportation service could also use improvement as our travel times were longer than expected due to poor communication with the driver.

Rooms

We stayed in a mud chalet suite, which was spacious but very basic with limited comfort. There was no seating area inside, and we were surprised by the lack of air conditioning and hot water. It did take some getting used to, especially with the presence of insects.
Service

The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly the yoga instructor who made our experience amazing. However, we faced some issues due to the lack of communication from the transportation provider regarding our trips.
Location

The venue is nestled in nature, which adds to its charm, but it is a bit remote. It's a nice escape to the wilderness, ideal for a short getaway, but not the most convenient for longer stays.
Dining

The food was definitely a highlight, with a diverse menu of fresh, delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. However, some meals were overly salty and not as satisfying as we had hoped.

I experienced a mix of unique charm and disappointment during my stay. The tree house concept was exciting, especially for the kids, but the overall state of the resort felt neglected and unkempt. While the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food decent, I faced frustrating issues with billing that marred my experience. The location was truly beautiful and surrounded by nature, but the lack of maintenance and attention to detail was concerning.

Staying at Saraii was a mixed bag. The treehouse experience was unique and immersed in nature, which we loved, but the cleanliness issues and dining options left much to be desired. The overall value didn't match the price we paid, making it hard to fully recommend this place.

Rooms
5.0
The treehouse rooms offered a magical open-air concept that let the wind flow through, which was lovely. However, cleanliness was a significant concern with cobwebs and worn-out furnishings.
Service

The service at Saraii was lacking. We felt neglected upon arrival and faced issues with food requests when trying to experience local cuisine. Staff training seems necessary.
