Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing experience at this unique hotel immersed in nature. The tree house was an unforgettable stay and the staff were accommodating and kind. However, the cleanliness of the room fell short of expectations, and the dining options could use improvement, especially for the price. The overall atmosphere was pleasant for relaxation despite some hiccups.
My stay at the tree house was a mixed bag. While I loved the idea of immersing myself in nature and the unique experience it offered, the cleanliness and dining options really let it down. The friendly service helped salvage some of the stay, but overall, it didn't meet the expectations based on the price and advertising.
We had a wonderful time at Saraii Village during our four-day yoga package. The yoga sessions were personalized and the food was fresh and varied. However, the accommodations were very basic and could use an upgrade, especially concerning cleanliness. The transportation service could also use improvement as our travel times were longer than expected due to poor communication with the driver.
I experienced a mix of unique charm and disappointment during my stay. The tree house concept was exciting, especially for the kids, but the overall state of the resort felt neglected and unkempt. While the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food decent, I faced frustrating issues with billing that marred my experience. The location was truly beautiful and surrounded by nature, but the lack of maintenance and attention to detail was concerning.
Staying at Saraii was a mixed bag. The treehouse experience was unique and immersed in nature, which we loved, but the cleanliness issues and dining options left much to be desired. The overall value didn't match the price we paid, making it hard to fully recommend this place.
